Summary: | The present invention relates to a naked eye detection method for SARS-CoV-2 RdRp mutations. In the present invention, a colorimetric detection method using the CRISPR-Cas12a system was developed, allowing for easy diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 RNA using the naked eye. Notably, the detection method according to the present invention is characterized by the ability to specifically and sensitively identify different mutations of SARS-CoV-2.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection à l'œil nu des mutations RdRp du virus SARS-CoV-2. Dans la présente invention, un procédé de détection colorimétrique utilisant le système CRISPR-Cas12a a été mis au point, permettant de diagnostiquer facilement l'ARN du SRAS-CoV-2 à l'œil nu. Notamment, le procédé de détection selon la présente invention se caractérise par sa capacité à identifier spécifiquement et de manière sensible différentes mutations du SARS-CoV-2.
