The shipping information management method may comprise the steps of: identifying a first address set as a shipping address of one or more items; acquiring, from a user terminal, a request for changing the shipping address from the first address to a second address; identifying whether or not the second address is in a shipping-available area; and if the second address is not in the shipping-available area, transmitting, to the user terminal, information indicating that shipping to the second address is impossible.
