The present invention relates to a cleaner having a cleaning module provided with an agitator. The agitator according to the present invention comprises: an agitator bar that rotates about a rotation axis; a plurality of bristles that are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the agitator bar and extend radially outward; and a blade that is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the agitator bar and positioned from the bristles in the circumferential direction of the agitator. The blade includes: an extension portion that extends outward from the agitator bar in the radial direction of the agitator; and a blocking portion that extends from one side of the extension portion towards the bristles. The blocking portion becomes deformed outward in the radial direction of the agitator due to centrifugal force or due to the suction force of a suction motor, thereby filling a gap between the agitator and the inner surface of a housing and removing an upper flow, thus improving the performance of the cleaner. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage comportant un module de nettoyage pourvu d'un agitateur. L'agitateur selon la présente invention comprend : une barre d'agitateur qui tourne autour d'un axe de rotation ; une pluralité de poils qui sont agencés sur la surface circonférentielle externe de la barre d'agitateur et qui s'étendent radialement vers l'extérieur ; et une lame qui est disposée sur la surface circonférentielle externe de la barre d'agitateur et positionnée à partir des poils dans la direction circonférentielle de l'agitateur. La lame comprend : une partie d'extension qui s'étend vers l'extérieur à partir de la barre d'agitateur dans la direction radiale de l'agitateur ; et une partie de blocage qui s'étend d'un côté de la partie d'extension vers les poils.
