The present invention provides a wiring member for an electrical instrument whereby it is possible to reduce inductance and power loss with respect to high-frequency current. The present invention also provides a power conversion device using the wiring member. A wiring member (50) for an electrical instrument according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of first conductors (2a, 2b) that are electrically connected to each other and layered; a second conductor (8) that is provided between the plurality of first conductors (2a, 2b) and is not electrically connected to the other conductors; and an insulating material (1) provided to each of the intervals between the first conductors (2a, 2b) and the second conductor (8).
