Summary:The present invention relates to a novel binding molecule or fragment thereof that specifically binds to an extracellular translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP). The binding molecule and fragment thereof according to the present invention can be used to diagnose, treat or prevent cancer. The binding molecule and fragment thereof according to the present invention can be used to alleviate or prevent immune suppression in a tumor immune microenvironment. The binding molecule and fragment thereof according to the present invention can be used to diagnose, treat or prevent cancer in patients who do not respond, have a limited response, are likely to respond to treatment using a cancer immunotherapeutic agent. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle molécule de liaison ou un fragment de celle-ci qui se lie de manière spécifique à une protéine tumorale à régulation traductionnelle extracellulaire (TCTP). La présente invention concerne une molécule de liaison ou un fragment de celle-ci, et son utilisation.
