The present disclosure provides a digestate active filler composition suitable for use in asphalt compositions. The digestate active filler composition may be obtained from waste treatment processes wherein waste is subjected to enzymatic and/or microbial treatment followed by anaerobic digestion of the liquid fraction thus obtained. The present disclosure moreover provides the use of the active filler composition and asphalt compositions comprising the digestate active filler composition. La présente divulgation concerne une composition de charge active de digestat appropriée pour une utilisation dans des compositions d'asphalte. La composition de charge active de digestat peut être obtenue à partir de processus de traitement de déchets dans lesquels des déchets sont soumis à un traitement enzymatique et/ou microbien suivi d'une digestion anaérobie de la fraction liquide ainsi obtenue. La présente divulgation concerne en outre l'utilisation de la composition de charge active et des compositions d'asphalte comprenant la composition de charge active de digestat.
