Summary:Disclosed is a method for producing gelatin microspheres (GMS) which can be rapidly decomposed. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for producing gelatin microspheres, the method comprising the steps of: preparing an aqueous gelatin solution, wherein the aqueous gelatin solution has a concentration of 2-10 wt% and preheated to 45 °C; adding the aqueous gelatin solution dropwise to olive oil at a predetermined reaction temperature and stirring to form a water-in-oil emulsion; cooling the formed water-in-oil emulsion while stirring to cause gelling; producing gelatin microspheres by mixing the gelled water-in-oil emulsion with cooled acetone and stirring the mixture; and filtering the produced gelatin microspheres and washing same with acetone to remove residual oil, followed by natural drying. Selon un aspect de la présente invention, l'invention concerne un procédé de production de microsphères de gélatine, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer une solution aqueuse de gélatine, la solution aqueuse de gélatine présentant une concentration de 2 à 10 % en poids et étant préchauffée à 45 °C ; ajouter la solution aqueuse de gélatine goutte à goutte dans de l'huile d'olive à une température de réaction prédéterminée et agiter pour former une émulsion eau-dans-huile ; faire refroidir l'émulsion eau-dans-huile formée tout en l'agitant pour provoquer la gélification ; produire des microsphères de gélatine par mélange de l'émulsion eau-dans-huile gélifiée avec de l'acétone refroidie et agiter le mélange ; puis filtrer les microsphères de gélatine produites et les laver avec de l'acétone pour éliminer l'huile résiduelle, cela étant suivi d'un séchage naturel. 빠른 분해가 가능한 젤라틴 마이크로 입자(Gelatin MicroSphere; GMS)를 제조하는 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 젤라틴 수용액을 제조하는 단계-여기서, 상기 젤라틴 수용액은 2wt% 내지 10wt% 농도이며, 45℃로 예열됨-, 상기 젤라틴 수용액을 소정의 반응 온도의 올리브 오일에 드롭와이즈(dropwise)로 가하고 스티어링(stirring)하여 워터 오일 에멀전을 형성하는 단계, 형성된 워터 오일 에멀전을 스티어링하면서 냉각하여 겔(gel)화하는 단계, 겔화된 워터 오일 에멀전에 냉각된 아세톤을 혼합하고 스티어링하여 젤라틴 마이크로 입자를 생성하는 단계 및 생성된 젤라틴 마이크로 입자를 여과하고 아세톤으로 세척하여 잔류 오일을 제거한 후 자연건조하는 단계를 포함하는 젤라틴 마이크로 입자 제조 방법이 제공된다.
