Summary:The present invention provides a method for preparing an aerosol, comprising the steps of: reacting water glass and a first material in a reactor, thereby obtaining a hydrogel; moving the hydrogel to a solvent exchange tank, and then reacting the hydrogel and a second material in the solvent exchange tank, thereby obtaining an organogel; and moving the organogel to a dryer, and then drying the organogel in the dryer, thereby obtaining an aerogel powder, wherein the first material comprises pure water, HMDS and nitric acid, and nitric acid is injected into the reactor after the HMDS. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un aérosol, comprenant les étapes consistant à : faire réagir du verre soluble et un premier matériau dans un réacteur, ce qui permet d'obtenir un hydrogel ; déplacer l'hydrogel vers un réservoir d'échange de solvant, puis faire réagir l'hydrogel et un second matériau dans le réservoir d'échange de solvant, ce qui permet d'obtenir un organogel ; et déplacer l'organogel vers un séchoir, puis sécher l'organogel dans le séchoir, ce qui permet d'obtenir une poudre d'aérogel, le premier matériau comprenant de l'eau pure, du HMDS et de l'acide nitrique et de l'acide nitrique étant injecté dans le réacteur après le HMDS. 본 발명은, 반응조에서 물유리와 제1 물질을 반응시켜, 하이드로젤을 얻는 단계; 상기 하이드로젤을 용매 치환조로 이동시킨 후, 상기 용매 치환조에서 상기 하이드로젤과 제2 물질을 반응시켜 오가노젤을 얻는 단계; 및 상기 오가노젤을 건조기로 이동시킨 후, 상기 건조기에서 상기 오가노젤을 건조하여 에어로젤 파우더를 얻는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1 물질은, 순수, HMDS, 및 질산을 포함하고, 상기 질산은 상기 HMDS 다음으로 상기 반응조에 투입되는, 에어로젤 제조 방법을 제공한다.
