The present invention provides a peptide that can be utilized in active targeting DDS. Provided according to an embodiment of the present invention are: a peptide that has a hydrophobic region and a hydrophilic region lower in hydrophobicity than the hydrophobic region, located on at least one end side of the hydrophobic region, that has a first target binding site capable of binding to a first target at one end and a second target binding site capable of binding to a second target at the other end; a derivative of the peptide; or a salt of the peptide or derivative of the peptide.
