Summary: | An example of a sequencing nanoparticle includes a core of a negatively chargeable, hydrophobic polymer. Alternating layers of a positively charged acrylamide hydrogel and the negatively charged polymer are positioned on the core, wherein the positively charged acrylamide hydrogel forms an outer layer of the sequencing nanoparticle. A negatively charged primer set is attached to the outer layer.
Un exemple d'une nanoparticule de séquençage comprend un noyau d'un polymère hydrophobe pouvant être chargé négativement. Des couches alternées d'un hydrogel d'acrylamide chargé positivement et du polymère chargé négativement sont positionnées sur le noyau, l'hydrogel d'acrylamide chargé positivement formant une couche externe de la nanoparticule de séquençage.
