The present invention relates to a sealing device and, to a sealing device capable of maintaining a constant temperature of a sealing surface of the sealing device even if a suitable solvent is continuously heated using the phase change of a material, and thus enables the pouch sealing part of a pouch secondary battery product, which has a uniform and excellent quality, to be manufactured. The sealing device according to the present invention comprises: a sealing body including, on one surface thereof, a sealing surface for sealing an object to be sealed; a solvent coming in contact with the other surface of the sealing body so as to provide heat to the sealing body; and a heat source for heating the solvent so that at least some of the solvent changes to a gas phase. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité, un dispositif d'étanchéité susceptible de maintenir une température constante d'une surface d'étanchéité du dispositif d'étanchéité même si un solvant approprié est chauffé en continu par utilisation d'un changement de phase d'un matériau, et permet ainsi de fabriquer la partie d'étanchéité d'un sachet d'un produit de batterie rechargeable à sachets, présentant une qualité uniforme et excellente.
