Provided are: an inspection report creation program that makes it possible to shorten creation time of inspection reports per case; an inspection report creation device; and an endoscope system. The inspection report creation program acquires, as finding information, at least one of text which has been input by a technician of an endoscope and a captured image which corresponds to one or more pieces of imaging data acquired from the endoscope. The inspection report creation program records the finding information in association with any one name of a plurality of anatomical sites on a subject imaged by the endoscope, and creates an inspection report of the subject in which the finding information is associated with each name of the anatomical sites.
