Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handhabungsvorrichtung (1) zum Handhaben eines Kraftfahrzeugkarosseriebauteils (20) einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, vorzugsweise für einen Beschichtungsvorgang des Kraftfahrzeugkarosseriebauteils (20) und/oder der Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, mit einem Bewegungsautomaten (2; 30, 31) und einem Greifarm (10), der eine an den Bewegungsautomaten (2; 30, 31) montierte Montageeinrichtung (11) und zumindest ein Greifwerkzeug (12) zum Erfassen des Kraftfahrzeugkarosseriebauteils (20) aufweist, wobei der Greifarm (10) zwischen der Montageeinrichtung (11) und dem zumindest einen Greifwerkzeug (12) eine erste Umlenksektion (13) aufweist, wobei der Bewegungsautomat (2; 30, 31) ausgebildet ist, um den Greifarm (10) in eine Arbeitsstellung zu bringen. Die Handhabungsvorrichtung (1) zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, dass der Greifarm (10) zwischen der ersten Umlenksektion (13) und dem zumindest einen Greifwerkzeug (12) eine zweite Umlenksektion (14) aufweist.
