Summary:A galactoside derivative according to the present invention has the effect of inhibiting galectin-3 by having a structure in which a spiro ring is fused to C1, and appropriate substituents at other carbon positions. Therefore, the galactoside derivative of the present invention and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same are effective in the prevention or treatment of diseases or disorders such as galectin-3-related fibrosis and cancer. Un dérivé de galactoside selon la présente invention a pour effet d'inhiber la galectine-3 étant donné qu'il présente une structure dans laquelle un noyau spiro est fusionné à C1, et des substituants appropriés à d'autres positions de carbone. Par conséquent, le dérivé galactoside de la présente invention et une composition pharmaceutique le comprenant sont efficaces dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies ou de troubles tels que la fibrose et le cancer liés à la galectine-3. 본 발명에 따른 갈락토시드 유도체는 1번 탄소에 스피로 고리가 접합된 구조 및 다른 위치의 탄소에 적절한 치환기를 가짐으로써 갈렉틴-3 저해에 효과가 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 갈락토시드 유도체 및 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 갈렉틴-3와 관련된 섬유증, 암 등의 질환 또는 장애를 예방 또는 치료하는데 유용하다.
