The display device comprises: a display panel; and a heat dissipation sheet disposed below the display panel and comprising a first area and a second area which is disposed outside the first area when viewed planarly. The heat dissipation sheet comprises: a heat dissipation layer disposed in the first area; a lower protective layer disposed below the heat dissipation layer and having defined a plurality of openings; and an upper protective layer disposed above the heat dissipation layer and attached to the lower protective layer in the second area.
