Summary:The present invention relates to hollow nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing same. Specifically, the hollow nanoparticles are provided with: a hollow core having an empty interior; a first shell made of silica; and a second shell made of metal oxide or silicate, such that it is difficult for moisture, organic binders, and resins and the like to infiltrate the hollow space, and thus the hollow nanoparticles have functionality such as low refraction, low reflection, low dielectric strength, etc., and can be reliably applied to communication devices and substrate materials of electronic devices including display materials. La présente invention concerne des nanoparticules creuses et un procédé pour la fabrication de celles-ci. Spécifiquement, les nanoparticules creuses comportent : un noyau creux ayant un intérieur vide ; une première enveloppe constituée de silice ; et une seconde enveloppe constituée d'oxyde ou silicate métallique, de telle sorte qu'il est difficile pour de l'humidité, des liants organiques, des résines et similaires de s'infiltrer dans l'espace creux et, par conséquent, les nanoparticules creuses ont une fonctionnalité telle qu'une faible réfraction, une faible réflexion, une faible rigidité diélectrique, etc. et peuvent être appliquées de manière fiable à des dispositifs de communication et des matériaux de substrat de dispositifs électroniques comprenant les matériaux d'affichage. 본 발명은 중공형 나노 입자 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 내부가 비어있는 중공형 코어(core), 실리카로 구성된 제 1쉘(shell) 및 금속산화물 또는 실리케이트로 구성된 제 2쉘(shell)을 제공함으로써 수분, 유기 바인더 및 레진 등이 중공 안으로 침투하기 어려워 저굴절, 저반사, 저유전 등의 기능성을 가지며, 디스플레이 소재를 포함한 전자기기의 기판 소재 및 통신기기 등에 안정적인 적용이 가능하다.
