Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une nouvelle technique grâce à laquelle il devient possible de réduire le degré de détection d'une mauvaise odeur provoquée due à la détérioration par la lumière dans une boisson contenant un acide gras insaturé. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une boisson contenant un acide gras insaturé.
