La présente invention concerne un procédé de multiplication de cellules immunitaires, le procédé comprenant la co-culture des cellules immunitaires et au moins un organoïde épithélial, l'organoïde épithélial comprenant plus de cellules épithéliales que de cellules mésenchymateuses. L'invention concerne également des cellules immunitaires pouvant être obtenues selon le procédé, une population in vitro de cellules lymphoïdes innées (ILC) comprenant au moins 5 x 10 3 ILC, des compositions pharmaceutiques et leurs utilisations.
