Summary:The present invention relates to a diagnostic cartridge having improved flow of a solution, and more particularly, to a diagnostic cartridge having a structure capable of improving the efficiency and accuracy of a diagnosis using the diagnostic cartridge by controlling whether or not a solution is discharged according to the volume of the solution injected through an inlet of the diagnostic cartridge. According to the present invention, whether or not the solution is discharged can be controlled according to the volume of the solution injected through the inlet when using the diagnostic cartridge according to the present invention, and thus the accuracy of an antigen-antibody reaction can be increased while lowering the rate of loss of the solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis through a kit. La présente invention concerne une cartouche de diagnostic à écoulement amélioré de solution, et plus particulièrement, une cartouche de diagnostic dotée d'une structure capable d'améliorer l'efficacité et la précision d'un diagnostic au moyen de la cartouche de diagnostic en contrôlant si une solution est déchargée ou n'est pas déchargée selon le volume de la solution injectée par une entrée de la cartouche de diagnostic. Selon la présente invention, le fait que la solution est déchargée ou n'est pas déchargée peut être contrôlé selon le volume de la solution injectée par l'entrée lors de l'utilisation de la cartouche de diagnostic selon la présente invention, et ainsi la précision d'une réaction antigène-anticorps peut être augmentée tout en réduisant le taux de perte de la solution pour améliorer l'efficacité et la précision de diagnostic par l'intermédiaire d'un kit. 본 발명은 용액의 흐름성이 개선된 진단 카트리지에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 진단 카트리지의 주입부에 주입되는 용액의 볼륨에 따라 용액의 배출 여부를 조절함으로서 진단 카트리지를 이용한 진단시 그 효율성과 정확성을 높일 수 있는 구조를 포함하는 진단 카트리지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 진단 카트리지를 이용하는 경우 주입부에 주입되는 용액의 볼륨에 따라 용액의 배출 여부를 조절할 수 있으므로, 항원-항체 반응의 정확도를 높이면서도 용액의 유실율을 낮추어 키트를 통한 진단의 효율성과 정확성을 높일 수 있다.
