Provided is an emotion estimation device capable of carrying out highly accurate emotion estimation, while improving the convenience with respect to acquiring biological information when an emotion is estimated. An emotion estimation device (1) has: an emotion estimation model (30) for estimating an emotion on the basis of biological information (Bi); and a control unit (20) for estimating the emotion of a user (U) on the basis of the biological information (Bi) of the user (U). The emotion estimation model (30) includes an nth degree biological information distillation model made by using n-1th degree knowledge information. The control device (20) uses the nth degree biological information distillation model to estimate the emotion of the user (U) on the basis of the biological information (Bi) of the user (U) which is included in the types of biological information (Bi) required for estimating emotion in a first degree model (100), and for which the number of types of the biological information (Bi) of the user (U) is less than the number of types required to estimate emotion in a first-degree model (100). Information pertaining to the estimated emotion is output as emotion information (Ei).
