A driving control device (10) is a control device for a vehicle (1) having a switching unit (12) that switches a driving mode between manual driving in which the vehicle travels in accordance with a driving operation performed via a manual driving system (21) and automatic driving in which the vehicle travels automatically by means of an automatic driving system (22). The driving control device (10) comprises: an information acquisition unit (11); an evaluation unit (13) that evaluates a driving skill level of a driver on the basis of the behavior of the vehicle (1) during manual driving and determines a corresponding evaluation point; a training unit (14) that determines a plurality of driving routes with different degrees of difficulty for a manual driving training mode on the basis of location information, map information, and destination information; and a control unit (15) that selects a recommended driving route for the training mode from the plurality of driving routes depending on the evaluation point during automatic driving, and outputs a notification signal to present notification information prompting the driver to start manual driving on the recommended driving route, on a device that can be perceived by the driver.
