The gene delivery system has the effect of efficiently delivering the target gene into cells without undergoing a separate processing step for conjugating the target gene to the delivery system. La présente invention concerne un système de livraison de gènes permettant de livrer des molécules d'acide nucléique polyadénylées issues d'un gène cible, le système de livraison de gènes comprenant une nanoparticule et un oligo T conjugué à la surface de la nanoparticule. Le système de livraison de gènes a pour effet de livrer efficacement le gène cible dans les cellules sans subir d'étape de traitement séparée pour conjuguer le gène cible au système de livraison. 본 발명은 나노 입자, 상기 나노 입자 표면에 결합된 올리고 T를 포함하며, 타겟 유전자로부터 유래된 폴리아델닐화된 핵산 분자를 전달하기 위한 유전자 전달체에 대한 것으로, 상기 유전자 전달체는 목적 유전자와 전달체의 결합을 위한 별도의 가공 과정을 거치지 않고 세포 내로 목적 유전자를 효율적으로 전달할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
