An ultraviolet-curing adhesive having a curing delaying function prepared in the present invention. The ultraviolet-curing adhesive is composed of the following raw materials, in percentages by weight: 40-70% of a rosin-modified aziridine resin, 15-35% of an acrylate monomer, 10-30% of a rosin-modified acrylate resin, 0.3-6% of a free radical type photoinitiator, 0.1-5% of a photoacid generator, and 0.01-1% of a stabilizer. The ultraviolet-curing adhesive of the present invention has a curing delaying function, can be used in non-light-transmitting application scenarios, and solves the problem of conventional UV adhesives being limited by the light transmittance of materials; moreover, a cured product has good properties, and the ultraviolet-curing adhesive has high bonding reliability and a broad application range.
