La présente invention concerne un véhicule d'administration de nanoparticules conçu pour se lier à la protéine Cas et à l'ARN guide, un nano-complexe contenant la protéine Cas et l'ARN guide liés, et un procédé d'édition de gène l'utilisant. L'utilisation du nano-complexe de la présente invention permet une administration stable et efficace de l'ARN guide et de la protéine Cas simultanément dans les cellules cibles. 본 발명은 Cas 단백질 및 가이드 RNA가 결합하도록 제작된 나노 입자 전달체 및 이에 결합된 Cas 단백질 및 가이드 RNA를 포함하는 나노 복합체 및 이를 이용한 유전자 편집 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 상기 나노 복합체를 이용할 경우, 목적 세포 내로 가이드 RNA 및 Cas 단백질을 동시에 안정적이고 효과적으로 전달할 수 있다.
