Mainly disclosed is a thermal management method using immersion cooling. The thermal management method comprises: providing a battery pack comprising a thermally conductive housing, a plurality of battery cells, and a convection space, the battery cells and the convection space being arranged in the thermally conductive housing; performing vacuum pumping on the battery pack; and immersing the battery cells in a dielectric liquid, the dielectric liquid forming a natural convection in the convection space for heat transfer, and the dielectric liquid comprising a plurality of filler particles for reducing the viscosity of the dielectric liquid.
