The devices described herein include an apparatus, comprising a plurality of support bodies configured to be attached to a support surface of a roadway at a plurality of locations along the roadway. A radar reflective member is positioned on each of the support bodies, and configured to provide a radar return in response to a radar beam from a radar system of a vehicle traveling on the roadway. The radar return corresponds to a location of the plurality of locations along the roadway.
