The present invention relates to IKK-alpha inhibitory compounds, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or solvates thereof, having the structural Formula (I), shown below: (I) wherein R1, X, R3 R4 and X1 are each as defined herein. The present invention also relates to processes for the preparation of these compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to their use in the treatment of proliferative disorders, such as cancer, as well as other diseases or conditions in which IKK-alpha activity is implicated. La présente invention concerne des composés inhibiteurs d'IKK-alpha ou des sels, hydrates ou solvates pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, ayant la formule structurale (I), représentée ci-dessous : (I) dans laquelle R1, X, R 3 R 4 et X 1 sont chacun tels que définis dans la description.
