L'invention concerne également un procédé de fonctionnement d'un équipement utilisateur UE. Le procédé consiste à identifier qu'un temporisateur associé à une demande d'itinérance d'urgence DR est en cours d'exécution, à tenter de réaliser un appel d'urgence, et à s'enregistrer auprès de services d'urgence.
