The present invention relates to an electrode assembly and a battery cell including same. In the electrode assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of unit cells, each comprising a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and a separator, are stacked, and separators are disposed between the plurality of unit cells, the electrode assembly comprising: a first unit cell in which one end of the negative electrode protrudes further than one end of the positive electrode; and a second unit cell in which one end of the positive electrode protrudes further than one end of the negative electrode. La présente invention concerne un ensemble électrode et une cellule de batterie le comprenant.
