A coated paper having two pigment coating layers on one surface or both surfaces of a base paper, said pigment coating layers including a pigment and an adhesive, wherein 90 wt% or more of the total adhesive in each layer is a starch-based polymer compound, and at least one of the two layers includes dextrin as an adhesive.
