The present invention comprises: a base member 11 to which one ends of springs 13 are connected; and a shaft 12 to which the other ends of the springs 13 are connected and which, when the shaft 12 comes into contact with an object, makes relative movement in the direction of the central axis of the shaft 12 with respect to the base member 11. The springs 13 are each disposed such that the central axis of the spring 13 has an angle with respect to the central axis of the shaft.
