The invention relates to a syringe comprising an elongated main body having a nozzle formed at a distal end thereof and a threaded connection part at least partially surrounding the nozzle. The main body is made by co-injection molding from at least two different materials and the threaded connection part is made of a plastic material by injection molding, with the main body and the threaded connection part being overmolded one to the other. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a syringe. L'invention concerne une seringue comprenant un corps principal allongé ayant une buse formée au niveau d'une extrémité distale de celui-ci et une partie de liaison filetée entourant au moins partiellement la buse. Le corps principal est fabriqué par moulage par co-injection à partir d'au moins deux matériaux différents et la partie de liaison filetée est constituée d'un matériau plastique par moulage par injection, le corps principal et la partie de raccordement filetée étant surmoulés l'un par rapport à l'autre. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une telle seringue.
