Jet boiling range compositions are provided that include at least a portion of an isoparaffinic blend component, along with a method for making such a blend component. The highly isoparaffinic nature of the blend component can allow the isoparaffinic blend component to be used in combination with both conventional / mineral jet fuel boiling range fractions as well as non-traditional feeds (such as Fischer-Tropsch fractions) to form jet fuel fractions and/or jet fuel blending component fractions. La présente invention concerne des compositions à intervalle d'ébullition par jet comprenant au moins une partie d'un composant de mélange isoparaffinique, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un tel composant de mélange. La nature hautement isoparaffinique du composant de mélange peut permettre d'utiliser le composant de mélange isoparaffinique en combinaison avec des fractions à intervalle d'ébullition de carburéacteur conventionnel / minéral ainsi qu'avec des charges non traditionnelles (telles que des fractions de Fischer-Tropsch) pour constituer des fractions de carburéacteur et/ou des fractions de composants de mélange de carburéacteur.
