Summary:A mechanical lifting device having a transfer function, comprising a scissor lifter body (1); end plates (3) are disposed at two ends of a top plate (2) in the scissor lifter body (1), and rollers (5) are disposed at four corners of a bottom plate (4) in the scissor lifter body (1); the bottom plate (4) as a whole is a concave box-shaped structure with an opening at the bottom; two sides between the two end plates (3) are connected and fixed into a whole by means of a cross beam (6), and connecting rods (7) are vertically welded and fixed to the two ends of the cross beam (6), respectively.
