According to an example, design information on a tobacco-related article may be managed by: receiving, from a seller terminal, target type information of a target article related to tobacco and target design information of the target article; issuing a blockchain-based non-fungible token (NFT) containing ownership information designating the seller of the seller terminal as the initial owner of the target design information; executing a purchase contract for the non-fungible token between the seller and the administrator of a server; and storing information on the changes in the ownership of the non-fungible token if the purchase contract is executed.
