Provided is an adhesive sheet for vacuum formation processing, suitable for shaping vacuum formation film which has excellent mechanical strength and tends not to generate foaming, peeling, and adhesive portion defects when subjected to vacuum formation. Also provided is a vacuum-formed film comprising the adhesive sheet.　The present invention is an adhesive sheet for vacuum formation processing, the adhesive sheet comprising an adhesive layer containing a cured product of an adhesive composition. The adhesive layer has a storage modulus G' (120) at 120°C of 0.09 MPa-0.50 MPa and a gel fraction of 75% or more. L'invention concerne une feuille adhésive pour traitement de formation sous vide, appropriée pour mettre en forme un film de formation sous vide qui présente une excellente résistance mécanique et a tendance à ne pas générer de défauts de moussage, de pelage et de partie adhésive lorsqu'elle est soumise à une formation sous vide. L'invention concerne également un film formé sous vide comprenant la feuille adhésive.　La présente invention est une feuille adhésive pour traitement de formation sous vide, la feuille adhésive comprenant une couche adhésive contenant un produit durci d'une composition adhésive. La couche adhésive présente un module de conservation G' (120) à 120 °C de 0,09 MPa à 0,50 MPa et une fraction de gel de 75 % ou plus. 機械的強度に優れ、真空成形した場合であっても発泡、剥がれ及び粘着部の欠損を生じにくくすることができる真空成形フィルムを形成するのに適した真空成形加工用粘着シート及び該粘着シートを備える真空成形フィルムを提供する。　本発明は、粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着剤層を備える真空成形加工用粘着シートであって、前記粘着剤層は、１２０℃における貯蔵弾性率Ｇ'（１２０）が０．０９ＭＰａ～０．５０ＭＰａであり、ゲル分率が７５％以上である。
