[Problem] To provide a laminate that is capable of maintaining good water repellency or oil repellency even after a long period of contact with oil or water. [Solution] A laminate comprising a base material and a functional layer, said laminate being characterized in that (1) the functional layer includes a three-dimensional network structure, and (2) the three-dimensional network structure includes (a) at least one type of functional particles from among (a1) composite particles that have a coating layer containing a polyfluoroalkyl methacrylate resin on the surface of inorganic oxide fine particles and (a2) hydrophobic particles, and (b) a hydrophobic resin containing fluorine. Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un stratifié qui est en mesure de maintenir un bon caractère hydrofuge ou oléofuge même après une longue période de contact avec de l'huile ou de l'eau.
