The closure member is actuatable to close the surgical stapler end effector onto the adjunct applicator so that the adjunct is applied to a stapling surface of the surgical stapler end effector. L'invention concerne un appareil comprenant un corps ayant un espace intérieur dimensionné et formé pour recevoir un effecteur terminal d'agrafeuse chirurgicale dans un état ouvert en combinaison avec un applicateur auxiliaire qui comprend un auxiliaire. L'appareil comprend en outre un élément de fermeture couplé de façon mobile au corps.
