The present invention relates to an inclined applicator tip for use with a handheld cooling device. The inclined applicator tip comprises an opened portion, wherein at least a portion of an edge of the opened portion comprises a c-shape opening; an elongated body portion coupled to the opened portion, wherein the longest dimension of the elongated body portion forms an angle of inclination angle of inclination (0) with respect to the plane which is parallel to the c-shape opening, wherein the elongated body portion is substantially parallel to the cooling axis of the handheld cooling device when operably coupled; and a mounting portion adapted to be operably coupled to the cooling device, wherein the mounting portion and the opened portion are coupled to the elongated body portion at opposite ends of the longest dimension of the elongated body portion.
