Summary:The present invention provides a display device including: a display area including a first pixel area and a second pixel area adjacent to each other along a first direction; a substrate having a peripheral area outside the display area; an organic insulation layer disposed on the substrate; a connection metal layer disposed on the organic insulation layer; and a planarization layer covering the connection metal layer. The planarization layer includes: a first internal surface which corresponds to a forward tapered inclined surface and defines a contact hole corresponding to the first pixel area and exposing at least a portion of the connection metal layer to the outside of the planarization layer; and a second internal surface which is positioned between the first pixel area and the second pixel area along the first direction, defines a (1-1)th hole for exposing a portion of the organic insulation layer to the outside of the planarization layer, and corresponds to a backward tapered inclined surface. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage comprenant : une zone d'affichage comprenant une première zone de pixel et une seconde zone de pixel adjacentes l'une de l'autre le long d'une première direction ; un substrat ayant une zone périphérique à l'extérieur de la zone d'affichage ; une couche d'isolation organique disposée sur le substrat ; une couche métallique de connexion disposée sur la couche d'isolation organique ; et une couche de planarisation recouvrant la couche métallique de connexion.
