Summary:The present application relates to a battery cell manufacturing device, comprising a first feeding apparatus, a second feeding apparatus, a separator feeding apparatus and a winding apparatus. A first wide pole piece is divided into two parts after being cut by a first cutting mechanism, to obtain two first pole pieces, a side edge of each first electrode plate being provided with a first tab region. A second wide pole piece may also be divided into two parts after being cut by a second cutting mechanism, to obtain two second pole pieces, a side edge of each second electrode plate being provided with a second tab region. The two first pole pieces and the two second pole pieces are aligned with each other in an one-to-one correspondence, and enter the winding device together with a separator provided by the separator feeding device.
