Provided is an optical line terminal in an optical access system comprising the optical line terminal and at least one optical network unit not having a transmission reservation queue. The optical line terminal comprises: an identification unit that identifies whether or not the at least one optical network unit is the optical network unit not having the transmission reservation queue; a bandwidth allocation unit that, when the at least one optical network unit is the optical network unit not having the transmission reservation queue, performs bandwidth allocation control such that a transmission reservation calculation and a report calculation are completed in time in the at least one optical network unit; and a communication unit that transmits the result of the bandwidth allocation control performed in the bandwidth allocation unit to the at least one optical network unit.　 L'invention concerne un terminal de ligne optique dans un système d'accès optique comprenant le terminal de ligne optique et au moins une unité de réseau optique ne présentant pas de file d'attente de réservation de transmission.
