The present invention relates to a compound selected from the group consisting of Difenpiramide, Veliflapon, Amopyroquine, Cloricromen, Alpelisib, Benorilate, Xipamide, Fabomotizole and Altizide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and to combinations thereof, for use in the treatment or prevention of a dystrophinopathy, to the use of the above-mentioned compounds for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of a dystrophinopathy and to methods for the treatment or prevention of a dystrophinopathy in patients in need thereof by administration of the above-mentioned compounds. La présente invention concerne un composé choisi dans Le groupe constitué par le difenpiramide, le veliflapon, l'amopyroquine, le cloricromen, l'alpelisib, le bénorilate, le xipamide, le fabomotizole et l'altizide ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable correspondant et leurs combinaisons, destiné à être utilisé dans le traitement ou la prévention d'une dystrophinopathie, l'utilisation des composés susmentionnés pour la préparation d'un médicament destiné au traitement ou à la prévention d'une dystrophinopathie et des procédés pour le traitement ou la prévention d'une dystrophinopathie chez des patients en ayant besoin par l'administration des composés susmentionnés.
