Summary: | The present invention relates: to positive electrode active material powder which is represented by the following [Chemical formula 1], includes over-lithiated manganese-based oxide particles in the form of a single particle consisting of one nodule or a quasi-single particle that is a composite of 2 to 30 or less nodules, and has an average particle diameter of D50 of 2.5 μm or less; and to a positive electrode and a lithium secondary battery comprising the positive electrode active material powder. [Chemical formula 1] LiaNibCocMndMeO2: In chemical formula 1, 1<a, 0≤b≤0.5, 0≤c≤0.1, 0.5≤d<1.0, 0≤e≤0.2, and M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Al, B, Co, W, Mg, V, Ti, Zn, Ga, In, Ru, Nb, Sn, Sr, and Zr.
