The present invention relates to a secondary battery manufacturing method and a secondary battery manufacturing device used in the method and, more specifically, to a secondary battery manufacturing method for manufacturing a secondary battery including multiple electrode tabs and electrode leads and a secondary battery manufacturing device used in the method. The present invention provides a secondary battery manufacturing method including: a tab-lead laminate welding step of welding a tab-lead laminate, in which multiple electrode tabs and electrode leads are stacked, to connect the electrode tabs and the electrode leads; and a tab-lead laminate processing step of continuously pressing the welded region of the tab-lead laminate along the longitudinal direction thereof to process the welded region.
