Summary:The application discloses a method of coordinating allocation of radio processing operations associated with multiple vRAN nodes (38) to shared computing resources. In an embodiment, the method comprises: invoking, by a vRAN node (38), a virtual operation to request an operation that shall be accelerated; receiving, by a centralized Acceleration Abstraction Layer, AAL, broker (36) implemented on top of a shared accelerating computing infrastructure (20), the operation request from the vRAN node (38); selecting, by the AAL broker (36) using a predefined or configurable scheduling policy (37), a physical hardware accelerator (12) for accelerated execution of the requested operation; and forwarding, by the AAL broker (36), the operation request to a processing queue (18) of the selected hardware accelerator (12). L'invention divulgue un procédé de coordination d'attribution d'opérations de traitement radio associées à de multiples nœuds vRAN (38) à des ressources informatiques partagées. Dans un mode de réalisation, le procédé comprend : la sollicitation, par un nœud vRAN (38), d'une opération virtuelle pour demander une opération qui doit être accélérée; la réception, par un intermédiaire de couche d'abstraction d'accélération, AAL (36) centralisé mis en œuvre au-dessus d'une infrastructure informatique d'accélération partagée (20), de la demande d'opération provenant du nœud vRAN (38); la sélection, par l'intermédiaire AAL (36) utilisant une politique de planification prédéfinie ou configurable (37), d'un accélérateur matériel physique (12) pour une exécution accélérée de l'opération demandée; et le transfert, par l'intermédiaire AAL (36), de la demande d'opération à une file d'attente de traitement (18) de l'accélérateur matériel sélectionné (12).
