Summary:A method for manufacturing an aluminum exterior panel according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an aluminum material preparation step; an anodization step for forming pores in the surface of the aluminum material; a room temperature, atmospheric pressure plasma treatment step for improving the hydrophilicity of the surface of the aluminum material in which the pores are formed; a digital printing step for providing color and images on the surface of the aluminum material improved with respect to hydrophilicity; and a pore sealing step for covering the pores. Un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau extérieur en aluminium selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une étape de préparation de matériau en aluminium ; une étape d'anodisation consistant à former des pores dans la surface du matériau en aluminium ; une étape de traitement par plasma à pression atmosphérique et température ambiante consistant à améliorer l'hydrophilie de la surface du matériau en aluminium dans laquelle les pores sont formés ; une étape d'impression numérique consistant à fournir une couleur et des images sur la surface du matériau en aluminium améliorée en termes d'hydrophilie ; et une étape de scellage de pores consistant à recouvrir les pores. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 알루미늄 외장 패널의 제조방법은, 알루미늄 소재 준비 단계; 상기 알루미늄 소재 표면에 기공을 형성시키기 위한, 양극 산화 단계; 상기 기공이 형성된 알루미늄 소재 표면의 친수성을 향상시키기 위한, 상온 대기압 플라즈마 처리 단계; 상기 친수성이 향상된 알루미늄 소재 표면에 컬러 및 이미지를 구현하는, 디지털 프린팅 단계; 및 상기 기공을 막기 위한, 봉공 처리하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
