The ceiling-type air conditioner comprises: a cabinet, which can be provided in a ceiling; a centrifugal fan disposed in the cabinet; a heat exchanger disposed at the radial outer side of the centrifugal fan so as to exchange heat with air discharged from the centrifugal fan; and a holder provided inside the heat exchanger, wherein the holder can include: a cabinet-coupling part coupled to the cabinet; a body extending along the inside of the heat exchanger from the cabinet-coupling part; a support extending from the body so as to support the lower side of the heat exchanger; an air guide protruding toward the centrifugal fan from the body so as to guide air current discharged from the centrifugal fan; and a cover protruding toward the inside of the heat exchanger from the body so as to cover the space between the heat exchanger and the body such that the air current discharged from the centrifugal fan is guided by the air guide.
