According to the present invention, an air conditioner comprises a heat exchanger, a fan, and a fan case which accommodates the fan. The fan case includes: an inlet through which air that is suctioned by the fan flows into the fan; and an outlet through which the air that has flowed into the fan flows out from the fan case by being blown out by the fan. An air guide is spaced apart from the lower end of the inlet and guides air downward by forming a gap through which the air flows. The air guide has an inclined portion which slopes downward toward the outside in a lateral direction so as to guide the air in the lateral direction.
