Summary:Techniques are described herein that are capable of generating a mitigation workflow for a computing service using historical mitigation workflows. A determination is made that a historical technical issue that was encountered by a first computing service corresponds to a current technical issue that is encountered by a second computing service. A workflow, which is configured to mitigate the current technical issue, is generated to include historical mitigation operations that are included in historical mitigation workflows that were performed to mitigate the historical technical issue based at least in part on the historical technical issue corresponding to the current technical issue. L'invention concerne des techniques qui permettent de générer un flux de travail d'atténuation pour un service informatique à l'aide de flux de travaux d'atténuation historiques. Il est déterminé qu'un problème technique historique qui a été rencontré par un premier service informatique correspond à un problème technique actuel qui est rencontré par un second service informatique. Un flux de travail, qui est configuré pour atténuer le problème technique actuel, est généré pour comprendre des opérations d'atténuation historiques qui sont incluses dans des flux de travaux d'atténuation historiques qui ont été effectués pour atténuer le problème technique historique sur la base, au moins en partie, du problème technique historique correspondant au problème technique actuel.
